Tips To Get Natural Pink Lips

You can enhance your beauty with a lovely smile.

When your lips are pink, your smile also becomes charming. But there are many people who do not have pink lips and color of their lips have become dark and pale which are not appealing at all.

As lips give a very distinctive appeal to the overall features of your face, dull and dark lips can make a dark spot in your beauty.

There are many reasons behind dark lips, such as hectic lifestyle, ignorance towards health, change in weather, some kind of illness, chewing tobacco, chemotherapy, excessive use of fluoride, excessive smoking, regular use of low quality cosmetics, not removing lipsticks from your lips at night, less blood circulation in the lips, too much stress, exposing lips to direct sun rays, humid temperature and so on.

HERE ARE SOME EASY TO FOLLOW TIPS TO GET NATURAL PINK LIPS:

Step 1 – First remove a dark layer from your lips by using this homemade scrub

This scrub can be made by mixing 1 tsp coconut oil with 1 tsp sea salt in a bowl.
The mixture can be dabbed on the lips using a cotton ball.
Massage fingers gently on the lips in a circular motion for about a minute.
After some time, you will find that your lips feel smoother and softer.
Use the washcloth to rinse the lips and pat them dry.

Step 2 – Use this homemade lip balm 3-4 times a day

Mix 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp coconut oil and ¾ tsp honey using a spoon.
This mixture can also be stored in a jar with a lid.
Throughout the day, this lip balm can be used whenever your lips need necessary hydration.

Step 3 – Night lip balm

Take oil from 1 vitamin E capsule and apply this all over your lips.

TIPS FOR KEEPING YOUR LIPS BRIGHT AND PINK

Protect them from the sun. Lip skin is like the skin on the rest of your body, in that it’s prone to sun damage. The sun will darken your lips and could cause moles and sunspots to form, so don’t forget to protect them when you go out in the sun. Use a lip balm with SPF 15 or higher to keep your lips looking pink.

Stop smoking. Smoking darkens the lips over time, in addition to causing them to get wrinkled and thin. If you’re after full, pink lips, it’s time to kick the habit for good.

Stay hydrated. Lips that are cracked and chapped look unhealthy and feel painful. To avoid this problem, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. When you’re dehydrated, your lips are often the first place it shows.
Switch out your coffee and tea drinks for water whenever possible.
Avoid overdoing it with alcohol, which can cause dehydration and dry lips.

Sleep with a humidifier. In the winter months, when the air is very dry, staying hydrated by drinking water doesn’t always cut it. If you have dry skin that easily chaps and flakes, consider sleeping with a humidifier in the room. This is a machine designed to add moisture to the air and keep your skin soft and supple.
