Explosive Cash Delivery Allegations Rock Philippine Politics

A new witness has surfaced with serious allegations involving alleged “suitcases of cash” and several high-profile political figures.

COMELEC Chairman George Erwin Garcia was mentioned after a witness presented by Atty. Levito Baligod and former Congressman Mike Defensor claimed there were alleged cash deliveries connected to powerful personalities.

The witness, Jeron Valderama, was identified as a former Philippine Marine Corps member and allegedly a former bodyguard of former Congressman Zaldy Co.

According to Valderama, he allegedly witnessed around ₱10 million being handed over in a hand-carry bag to Garcia. He also claimed that suitcases of money were delivered to Senator Chiz Escudero’s residence.

Other names were also mentioned, including former PNP Chief General Nicolas Torre, Mon Tulfo, former House Speaker Martin Romualdez, and Senator Erwin Tulfo.

A photo involving employees of Misibis Aviation and Development Corporation, linked to Zaldy Co, was also shown, where Senator Kiko Pangilinan, Sharon Cuneta, and their children were reportedly seen.

These are very serious accusations. The public deserves the truth, but every allegation must go through proper investigation, solid evidence, and due process. No one should be judged by claims alone, but no one should also be above accountability.
