The social networking site LinkedIn has revealed that an article by the UAE Prime Minister about the country's new happiness and tolerance ministers has been viewed almost 500,000 times - with the figure still rising.
HH Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, penned the piece in the form of a letter for the business website.
It followed the appointment of Shamma Bint Suhail, Minister of Youth, and Ohoud Bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of Happiness.
UAE news agency WAM said the most recent post by Sheik Mohammed presented to readers the UAE leadership rationale for introducing four new Ministries.
