Very few people look at protein bars and soy milk with the same adoration as a box of chocolates or sugar-filled candies. With the amount of delicious junk food around us, it can be hard to find the motivation to put down the bag of chips and head to the gym.
From actors to dancers to athletes, celebrities are often in incredible shape and have amazing beach bodies. With the cold weather still nipping at our noses, it doesn’t feel like spring or summer is anywhere in site; but, it will be here before you know it.

It takes a lot of working out to be able to get through those kinds of concerts, and Pink is a self-proclaimed workout freak. Pink has said that exercising itself isn’t her favorite thing to do, but after it’s over, she feels great because of the endorphins and confidence boost.

She loves snacks, but doesn’t indulge in junk food very often. Instead, Hough is a big fan of veggies and hummus, which is easy to burn off.
