This diet was used by someone I know, and to be honest it looked great at the beginning. But when they told me what the diet contains, then I changed my mind. My thought was that you practically starve yourself because that is the truth. You hardly consume any calories and is the reason for you to lose weight. The most important question is “How will you feel when you finish with the diet? Starved maybe?” Well that’s probably it.

The point of the diet is to use it for minimum 3 days and maximum of 2 weeks. After 3 days you will start losing 1.5 pounds a day.
Useful tip is to use unclean brown rice in all of your meals.
Day 1:
Breakfast: Rice (80 g of dry grains), green herbal tea, an apple, rice mixed with lemon juice (one tablespoon).
Lunch: boiled rice (80g) mixed with vegetable or olive oil (one teaspoon), vegetable soup, salad made of different vegetables not including tomatoes (150g vegetable).
Dinner: boiled rice (80g) with 2 big carrots, vegetable broth.
Day 2:
Breakfast: boiled rice (80g) with low-fat sour cream (one teaspoon), an orange.
Lunch: boiled rice (80g) and boiled vegetables with vegetable broth.
Dinner: same that you had from lunch (Day 2)
Day 3:
Breakfast: boiled rice (80g) and a pear.
Lunch: rice (80g) along with mushrooms fried on olive oil, vegetable broth, salad made of cucumbers mixed with vegetable oil (one teaspoon).
Dinner: boiled rice (80g) with white cabbage, vegetable broth.
Day 4:
Breakfast: rice (80g) with low-fat milk or cream, fruit salad with rice flakes (2 tablespoons).
Lunch: boiled rice (80g) with radish and carrots, vegetable broth.
Dinner: rice (80g) mixed with sunflower seeds (2 tablespoons), vegetable broth.
Day 5:
Breakfast: boiled rice (80g) with grapes.
Lunch: boiled rice (80g) mixed with vegetable or olive oil (one teaspoon), salad made of different vegetables except tomatoes (150g vegetables), vegetable soup.
Dinner: boiled rice (80g) with 2 oranges, vegetable broth.
Day 6:
Breakfast: rice (80g) with with 2 dates, 1 pear and 4 walnuts.
Lunch: rice (80g) together with mushrooms fried on olive oil, salad made of cucumbers mixed with vegetable oil (one teaspoon), vegetable broth.
Dinner: a cup of tea with honey (1 teaspoon), boiled rice (80g) with 1-2 apples, vegetable broth.
Day 7:
Breakfast: a cup of tea without sugar, 1 glass of fat-free organic yogurt, boiled rice (80 g) with an apple and a pear.
Lunch: a portion of green salad, boiled rice (80 g) with 1 tomato and green string beans, vegetable broth.
Dinner: boiled rice (80g) with 2 big carrots, vegetable broth.
Before each meal drink a glass of water, but remember the dinner is at 7 o’clock, not later than that. Don’t drink any liquids at least 1.5 – 2 hours after each meal, at least TRY to!
