Rainbow Smoothie



Here's a colourful raw porridge from last summer. I used sprouted buckwheat seeds, fruits, berries and superfoods. The yellow berries on top are sea buckthorns, they are very high in vitamin C so they taste nice and sour.


Dan’s Famous Apple Pie




Serves two
2 cups fresh spinach
1 ½ cups almond milk, unsweetened
3 apples, any variety, core removed
4 medjool dates, pitted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg

1. Blend spinach and almond milk together until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. 


Blueberry Maca Power Smoothie



 
 

2 cups of blueberries, 3/4 cup of cold almond milk, 1 tbsp Maca powder & 1/2 cup of ice


Chocolate Peanut Butter Dream




*Serves 2 - 257 calories per serving
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
2 T. real peanut butter
3 T. cocoa powder
1 1/2 C. toasted coconut almond milk
1 C. ice cubes
2 packets Truvia sweetener
Blend until smooth... Devour... 

Orange Grape Energy Boost Smoothie




1/2 Cup Frozen Cempedak Flesh, 1 Orange, 1/4 Cup Frozen Grapes, 1/2 Almond Milk 


Green Machine




Verve Tatum smoothie with 1 cup coconut water, 1/4 avo, 1 banana, 1/4 cup cashews, 1 celery stick, 1 heaped tsp and a small handful of spinach. Topped with coconut bits and buckhinis.


Pretty Pink Papaya Smoothie


 
BANANA PAPAYA BERRY SMOOTHIE!
+ 1 Cup Almond Milk
+ 1 Frozen Banana
+ 1/2 Peeled Papaya
+ 2 Tsp Chia Seeds
+ 1 Handful Frozen Mixed Berries
+ 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
+ 1 Squirt Honey
+ 1 Spoonful Organic Peanut Butter
+ 1 Small Handful Oats
Directions:
SMASH IT ALL THAT SHIZNIT INTO THE BLENDER AND BLEND!!!
Top with whatever your little heart desires!

Blueberry Peanut Butter Blend


 
Ingredients:
1 cup plant-based milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup blueberries
Heaping tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp flaxseed


Cherry Berry Choco Smoothie


 
Ingredients:
1/3 cup frozen cherries
1/3 cup frozen blueberries 
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 small handful dark chocolate chips
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 drops stevia
1 tbsp chia seeds


Strawberry Almond Protein Smoothie


 
Simply blend: 
1 cup of fresh strawberries 
A handful of almonds 
4 pitted medjool dates
Two heaping spoonfuls of greek yogurt
A spoonful of hemp hearts
1/4 cup almond milk

Raspberry Chia Seed Smoothie


 
Raspberry, banana, almond milk, Macca chi powder, Guarana, flaxseeds and chia seeds 


Chia and orange taste sensation


 
CHIA ORANGE 
250ml H2O
1 small Banana
1 large Orange (peeled)
1 Tbsp Chia seeds (soaked in water for at least ten minutes
You can add kale and spinach as you like

Blend everything until it's smooth and mixed well, about 40 seconds in Vitamix!

Bottoms up!

Berry mango special



 Berry Mango Smoothie 
Yellow Layer 
1 orange, sliced
2 frozen bananas, sliced
1 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup orange juice, plus more if smoothie is too thick
Purple Layer
1 container berry yogurt (roughly 5.3-6 oz)
2 cups frozen berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, cherries - the more blueberries and blackberries the more purple the smoothie will be)
1 frozen banana, sliced
1/4 cup milk, plus more if smoothie is too thick


Banana Blueberry Smoothie




1 banana
1 cup blueberries, frozen
greek yoghurt
3/4 cup almond milk
1tsp agave nectar
1tsp chia seeds -
