Detox Water
This tested and proven Belly Fat Slimming Detox Water Recipe is simply Infusing flavor and nutrients into a cup of water. You do not really need much to do and it works for losing belly fat and muffin tops gradually all year-round!
All that you need is:
Lemon –- This helps boost the digestive tract – also helps with metabolism
Mint –- It adds sweetness to the water – also helps you digest more effectively – also helps soothe your tummy

3 Thin Slices of Lemon
Iced Water

This healthy recipe is ridiculously awesome, made from melon, tart lime slices, and fresh mint leaves, flavors that just compliment each other so well. It is also highly effective for weight loss and general body detox
Ingredients:
25.4 oz Sparkling white grape juice
2 cups clear lemon-lime flavored soda (I used Sprite)
1 cup lemonade (I used Simply)
2 limes, sliced, plus more for garnish if desired
1 small ripe cantaloupe
1 small ripe honeydew melon
fresh mint leaves
1 small ripe watermelon
Instructions:
In a pitcher stir together grape juice, soda, and lemonade.
Place in the fridge to chill.
Use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh of the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon.
Place melon balls on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
Place in a Refrigerator to freeze, Once frozen add a few cups of melon balls to the pitcher along with fresh mint leaves and slices of lime.
Stir, then Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve cold using additional frozen melon balls as ice cubes.
Garnish glasses with a lime slice and mint leaf.
