What is Whole 30 Diet

Having trouble losing weight? Suffering from skin or digestive conditions? Your diet might be the one to blame. Millions of Americans have made the switch to the Whole30 Diet to lose weight and take control of health problems with absolute success and you could be one of them!

Why go for the Whole30 Diet?

There’s nothing complicated about it either. Unlike other diets where you need to starve yourself or order expensive meal plans, this one is all about you. Basically, you give your diet a makeover of only whole foods for 30 days and watch the changes in your body go from blah to wow!
Benefits of Whole 30 and How it Can Help You to Lose Weight

Most of the problems we experience with our health and weight have to do with inflammation. And guess what? Most of the stuff we eat causes inflammation. So, by simple deduction, removing these things from our diets is the path to success. Give it 30 days and you’ll be looking and feeling better than ever before, plus your body will change its desires for those processed, sugary foods so you’ll be able to eat better for good!

What are the Rules of Whole30 Diet?

As with any diet, there are some rules here too.

You get to eat moderately-sized portions of meat, seafood, and eggs. You can eat lots of vegetables, some fruit, and you should get plenty of natural fats, herbs, spices, and seasonings. Basically, go whole. That means no processed foods with ingredients you can’t pronounce. The fewer ingredients, the better! Eating fresh, organic foods cooked with natural herbs and seasonings has so much more flavor and so much more impact. You will actually FEEL cleaner when you eat.

For 30 days, you can’t have any added sugar. Even those pink packets. No honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, date syrup, and all that stuff. No alcohol even in your cooking. No grains (even whole grains), corn, bran, germ, starch, legumes of any kind, peanuts, peanut butter, beans, or any soy product. No dairy, MSG, baked goods, junk food or any of that! Give it 30 days without these things. No exceptions. Those are the rules to the Whole30 Diet.

Acceptable Exceptions and Whole 30 Approved Condiments

There are a few things that are allowed that might seem like they’d go on the naughty list. You MAY use ghee or clarified butter (but not regular butter!), fruit juice for cooking and sweetening, green beans, snow peas, sugar snap peas, vinegar, coconut aminos, and salt.
The Biggest Rule of All

During the Whole30 Diet, there is no weighing or body measurement. You can take your measurements before you begin and then after the 30 days are up. The idea is to focus on your body and your overall health. But if you follow this plan, you will notice results after 30 days are done.

All you need to do is just eat right for 30 days. Make smart choices without any exceptions, even if you’re at a party. It’s just 30 days and cake isn’t going anywhere. You won’t be going anywhere either if you can’t devote 30 solid days to bettering your health so do it now!
