Affidavit of Mayor Espinosa implicates Sen. De Lima, other Generals, Media men uploaded on internet
The alleged affidavit of the killed Mayor of Albuera, Leyte Rolando Espinosa uploaded on social media.
The papers was already passed in Department of Justice because of the DOJ Stamp showed on the picture.
Espinosa mentioned Senator Leila De Lima,PNP High Ranking Generals, members of CIDG, members of AFP. public officials and some mediamen in his affidavit.
The names of the people who protected the illegal trade are listed in Espinosa’s pocket book.
According to the affidavit, Mayor Espinosa the protectors of illegal drug trade based on his personal knowledge are:

The Mayor of Albuera also admitted in the affidavit that his son, Kerwin Espinosa was involved in illegal drug activities and he possessed an armed group to protect him.
The task of the armed group of Kerwin Espinosa is to kill those pushers who did a bad transaction with the alleged drug lord.
The affidavit was posted by fanpage Hidden Truth PH on Facebook.
The Mayor of Albuera Leyte was killed by members of CIDG8 Saturday and according to them, Espinosa fought back to the authorities.
PNP Director General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa quickly ordered the killings to be investigated, the members of CIDG who are also present in the crime scene would also faced investigation.
He also believes that the killings of Espinosa was did to discourage his son alleged drug lord Kerwin Espinosa to testify against police officials who allegedly received drug and gambling money.
Even the Netizens reacted on the uploaded affidavit of Espinosa, saying that the one who plotted to kill Espinosa may included in the people that he implicated.

Senator Gordon, Lacson, members of Committee on Justice to discuss the death of Espinosa on Monday
The upcoming Senate investigation was confirmed by Senator Lacson on his twitter account.
“Killing of mayor inside a prison cell justifies resumption of Comte on Justice EJK investigation. Will discuss with Chair Gordon on Monday.” Lacson @iampinglacson said in his tweet.
The Senators had a doubt in the story of CIDG 8 and the reason why Espinosa was killed inside his cell Saturday.
Ping Lacson said that the death of the Albuera Mayor was a clear case of Extrajudicial Killing”
“Mayor Espinosa being killed in a “firefight” while being served a warrant inside a prison cell is a very bad script. A clear case of EJK.” Sen. Ping Lacson @iampinglacson added.
The chairperson of the Committee on Justice and Human Rights Senator Gordon said that he’s afraid that Espinosa’s death would be blamed to President Rodrigo Duterte who declared war against illegal drug personalities.
In a press statement, Gordon said the incident might be “contrued or miscontrued as part of the Duterte administration’s all-out-war against drugs” if the PNP will not able to hold accountable the police personnel who may be responsible in the alleged murder.
“It is in the public interest to dispel speculations as well as to allay fear among our people. The police must show that it is responsible and capable of protecting its citizens and delivering justice to them under the rule of law,”
