Lemon Remedy for Menstrual Cramps:

water – 2 Cups
Lemon – 1
Ginger – 1 inch
Honey – 1 tablespoon
How to make?
Grate about 1 teaspoon of ginger root into a sauce pan with 2 cups of water.
Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon into the mixture and bring it to a boil.
After boiling, take the pan off the heat and let it cool for 20 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey and drink the mixture.

3. Lemon Remedy for Sore Throat –
Lemon contains antibacterial property which helps in curing throat infection. If you have a sore throat every couple of hours drink warm lemon juice.

Fresh Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Black salt – 1 teaspoon
Warm water – 1 glass
How to make?
Add lemon juice, black salt to a cup of warm water. Your glass full of lemon juice is ready. Gargle with it three times a day for at least one minute to get rid of sore throat and irritation.
4. Lemon Sinus Remedy:
In a mug of hot water, stir in 2 teaspoons of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 teaspoons of Raw Honey, and 1-2 tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice.
Honey helps fight infections and soothes your throat. Lemon gives you extra vitamin c, and helps flush toxins out of your body. Warm liquids are also soothing to your throat and help break up mucus.
5. Lemon Cough Remedy:
Make a cup of tea and add a little honey and lemon, and it will soothe a sore throat and ease a cough even better. It also tastes heavenly, something most home remedies lack.
The simplest recipe is a combination of 1-cup of warm, local honey and 3-tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Add ¼ cup of warm water the mixture and then stir until smooth.
Take 1- 2 teaspoon of the mixture at the first sign of cough and be sure to take a dose before bed for a good night’s sleep.
