Social media personality Boss Dada strongly questioned statements made by National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Melvin Matibag regarding a property with swimming pools allegedly linked to Vice President Sara Duterte.
During his livestream, Boss Dada expressed his frustration and accused Matibag of being “a complete liar.”
According to Boss Dada, he personally knows the alleged rightful owner of the property, claiming that he has visited and stayed at the location several times.
“Inday Sara does not own this property. The owner is the late brother of President Duterte, Bong Duterte,” he insisted.
He further explained that Bong Duterte had reportedly lived and worked in Los Angeles, California, for many years before returning to the Philippines.
Boss Dada also claimed that he and fellow members of their group, the Banateros, were frequently invited to stay at the rest house whenever they visited Davao.
To support his statements, he presented a personal video allegedly recorded at the property.
“How could that property belong to Inday Sara when she doesn’t even sleep there? We’re the ones who stay and sleep there. How does that make sense?” he questioned.
Meanwhile, NBI Director Matibag previously explained that the agency was examining several properties allegedly connected to the Duterte family, particularly discrepancies between the values declared in their Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) and the preliminary property valuations conducted by investigators.
Vice President Sara Duterte herself firmly denied owning the lot shown in the photograph.
“The lot in the photograph that he claimed was included in my Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth, or SALN, does not belong to me,” the Vice President stated.
At present, conflicting claims remain regarding the ownership of the property.
Boss Dada’s statements are based on his personal account and have not been independently verified as proof of legal ownership.
There has also been no reported official response from the NBI specifically addressing Boss Dada’s accusations.

Mariing kinuwestiyon ng social media personality na si Boss Dada ang mga pahayag ni NBI Director Melvin Matibag kaugnay ng isang ari-ariang may mga swimming pool na iniuugnay kay Vice President Sara Duterte.
Sa kaniyang livestream, hindi napigilan ni Boss Dada ang magpahayag ng matinding pagkadismaya at tawagin si Matibag na “nuknukan ng sinungaling.”
Ayon kay Boss Dada, personal niyang kilala ang tunay umanong may-ari ng naturang property dahil ilang beses na siyang nakabisita at nakapanuluyan sa lugar.
“Hindi si Inday Sara may-ari nito. Ang may-ari nito, ’yung yumaong kapatid ni Pangulong Duterte, si Bong Duterte,” giit niya.
Ipinaliwanag din niyang matagal umanong nanirahan at nagtrabaho sa Los Angeles, California, si Bong Duterte bago bumalik sa Pilipinas.
Dagdag pa ni Boss Dada, madalas silang imbitahan sa resthouse kapag bumibisita sa Davao ang kanilang grupong Banateros. Bilang suporta sa kaniyang pahayag, nagpakita rin siya ng personal na video na umano’y kinunan sa nasabing ari-arian.
“Paano magiging kay Inday ’yan, eh hindi si Inday natutulog diyan? Nandiyan kami natutulog, eh. Paano nangyari ’yun?” tanong niya.
Samantala, nauna nang ipinaliwanag ni NBI Director Matibag na bahagi ng kanilang pagsusuri ang ilang ari-ariang iniuugnay sa pamilya Duterte, partikular ang umano’y pagkakaiba sa pagitan ng mga halagang idineklara sa SALN at ng paunang valuation ng mga imbestigador.
Mismong si Vice President Sara Duterte ay mariing tumanggi na pag-aari niya ang loteng ipinakita sa larawan.
“Ang lote sa larawan na sinabi niyang nasa aking Statement of Assets, Liability, and Net Worth o SALN ay hindi sa akin,” pahayag ng Bise Presidente.
Sa ngayon, nananatiling magkasalungat ang mga pahayag tungkol sa pagmamay-ari ng naturang ari-arian. Ang mga sinabi ni Boss Dada ay kaniyang personal na salaysay at hindi pa independiyenteng napatutunayang ebidensiya ng legal na pagmamay-ari.
Wala pang naiulat na opisyal na tugon ang NBI sa partikular na mga akusasyon ni Boss Dada.
