Honey & Lemon

It boosts the immune system and relieves congestion. To eliminate phlegm mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. Take this soothing remedy three times a day.
Ginger
Ginger is an excellent decongestant and antihistamine. It has strong antiviral, antibacterial and expectorant properties. Ginger dries out mucus and thus soothes congestion.
Eat 3-4 raw ginger slices every day. Ginger tea is also an option. Drink it several times a day.

Ingredients:
