Bad Practices That Triggers The Risk Of An Aneurysm

The internet and the Philippine showbiz industry was shocked with news about the 41-year-old Filipina actress Isabel Granada who experienced massive bleeding in the brain or so-called a brain aneurysm. This news threatened the whole country as well as those who read this. It unveils the truth about the symptoms and the cause of this unprecedented killer.

A Brain Aneurysm: Bad Practices That Contributes To The Risk

People are confused about the symptoms and cause of an aneurysm that leads to stroke. An aneurysm happens in the largest abdominal artery of the body named aorta and also occurs in the brain. This condition could happen to different parts of the body but the primary cause of death to most countries occurs in the brain that leads to stroke.

According to Dr. Monique Vlak, from University Medical Center in the Netherlands wrote:

“All of the triggers induce a sudden and short increase in blood pressure, which seems a possible common cause for aneurysmal rupture.”

Bad practice like pouring water directly on the head could cause an aneurysm.

Common factors that trigger the risk of an aneurysm were high blood pressure, smoking, aging, family history, LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol), brain injuries, and previous aneurysm.

For example, pouring water directly on the head when taking a bath increases the blood temperature because of the cold temperature of the water.

There are techniques how to avoid an aneurysm. First, wet those lower extremities of your body. Secondly, wait for a few seconds until you feel a fussing temperature inside you. Then, slowly wet the upper parts of your body. It means that taking a bath from feet to the upper extremities could help lower the risk of an aneurysm.

Most common symptoms are a headache, stress, blurred or double vision, difficulty in speaking, weakness, and numbness. In some cases, it could be nausea, vomiting, sudden pain in the eye, mental awareness, numbness, and photophobia or sensitivity to light.

Articles and information about this condition are spread all over the internet and social media. Let’s prevent an aneurysm by sharing this. Share this with your friends, family, and loved ones.
