According to TMZ, one of the star's former security guards, Michael Anello is accusing the "We Belong Together" singer of sexual harassment, unruly behavior, and unpaid invoices. From June 2015 to May 2017, Anello recalls several incidents of the singer exposing herself to him. According to the site, the security guard is pursuing a lawsuit against Carey for “sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello.”

He remembers a trip to Cabo San Lucas where the mother-of-two requested he come to her room to move some baggage, and was wearing a see-through nightdress that was open. Anello claims he felt uncomfortable and attempted to leave, but Carey refused to let him go until he completed the task. Though still uneasy about the whole situation, Anello moved the luggage and claims there was no physical activity between them.

The lawsuit doesn't end there, Anello alleges 47-year-old star of defamation as she referred to him and his team as members of several hate groups. She called me a “Nazi, a skinhead, a KKK member and a white supremacist,” said Anello.
