“SECRET PLAN?” LEVISTE QUESTIONS TINIO FOR POSTING PHOTO OF PRIVATE MEETING WITH ERICE

A social media exchange involving Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Legarda Leviste, ACT Teachers Party-list Rep. Antonio Tinio, and Caloocan Rep. Egay Erice has sparked political curiosity after references were made to an alleged “secret plan.”

Leviste publicly questioned Tinio over why he posted a photo of what appeared to be a private meeting involving the three lawmakers, suggesting that whatever they had discussed was supposedly meant to remain confidential and eventually come as a surprise.

In a Facebook post, Leviste asked Tinio why he had shared the group photo online, saying he had expected their alleged plan to remain secret.

Leviste wrote:

“Why did you post this picture of our meeting with Cong. Erice about the secret plan, Cong. Tinio? I thought the plan was to just surprise them.”

His remark came in response to an earlier post by Tinio, who uploaded the photo and wrote:

“Inciting, you say? 😂 The push to hold BBM accountable is not being abandoned.”

Tinio then directly addressed Leviste’s followers, urging them to pressure the Batangas lawmaker to release what Tinio claimed was evidence against President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.

Tinio added:

“To the followers of Cong. Leandro Legarda Leviste, convince him to release the evidence he has against BBM. Why keep sitting on it?”

The exchange immediately raised questions because both Leviste and Tinio referred—directly or indirectly—to a supposed “secret plan,” yet neither publicly explained what that plan actually involved.

Several important questions therefore remain unanswered:

  • What exactly was discussed during the meeting?
  • What is the alleged “secret plan”?
  • Who is the intended target or subject of the supposed next move?
  • What evidence was Tinio referring to?
  • Will Leviste eventually release any documents, records, or other material he may possess?
  • Was the social media exchange serious, strategic, humorous, or partly intended to build public anticipation?

At this stage, there is not enough publicly disclosed information in the statements quoted above to determine the exact nature of the alleged plan. Any claim about its contents would therefore be speculation unless the lawmakers themselves provide further details or supporting documents.

This is where the political intrigue becomes difficult to ignore.

If the exchange was serious, the meeting could signal coordination among lawmakers or political figures seeking to pursue accountability issues involving the Marcos administration. Tinio’s statement that they are not abandoning efforts to hold BBM accountable gives the discussion an unmistakably political dimension.

However, the public should also remain cautious. The phrase “secret plan” is dramatic and naturally attracts attention, but a cryptic social media post is not the same as verified evidence or an officially announced political action.

The more significant issue may be Tinio’s claim that Leviste possesses evidence against President Marcos. If such evidence exists and concerns a matter of genuine public interest, the next question is whether it will be formally disclosed, authenticated, and presented through the appropriate legal, congressional, or public accountability process.

Until then, the story remains politically explosive—but incomplete.

For now, the alleged “secret plan” remains exactly that: undisclosed.

What is clear is that the public exchange among Leviste, Tinio, and Erice has fueled speculation about possible future political moves and renewed questions about alleged evidence involving President Marcos.

Will this lead to a major disclosure, a congressional initiative, a legal action, or simply another round of political messaging?

The next move could provide the answer.

Taffy Tulfo On Juvenile Justice Law

SEN. RAFFY TULFO’S OLD CRITICISM OF THE JUVENILE JUSTICE LAW RESURFACES ONLINE

Amid the renewed public debate over the Juvenile Justice Law, netizens have brought back an old statement made by Senator Raffy Tulfo regarding the controversial law and its implementation.

The statement was from a May 19, 2016 episode of Wanted Sa Radyo, where Tulfo discussed the rising number of minors allegedly involved in criminal activities. At the time, he blamed the situation partly on the Juvenile Justice Law, saying the system lacked proper facilities and support programs to handle children in conflict with the law.

Under the law, minors are generally not treated the same way as adult offenders. Instead of being jailed, they are supposed to undergo intervention, rehabilitation, and guidance through proper government facilities and social services. However, critics argue that the problem is not only the law itself, but also the weak implementation, lack of rehabilitation centers, and shortage of programs that can truly correct and guide troubled youth.

Tulfo strongly criticized lawmakers behind the measure, saying:

“If you ask me, the ones who should be jailed are the lawmakers who pushed that law, because the children were not the ones who designed this system. Now they are left on the streets with nowhere to go.”

He added that passing a law without proper facilities and accountability only allows some minors to return to the streets after committing offenses.

“They created a law saying these minors should not be jailed, but after committing a crime, they are simply left on their own. They go back out and continue roaming around. The senators should be the ones held accountable,” Tulfo said.

Now that Tulfo himself is a senator, his past remarks are once again being discussed online. Many netizens are asking whether his position remains the same, especially as calls grow louder for amendments to strengthen the Juvenile Justice Law.

Tulfo has continued to support reviewing and amending the law, particularly to address repeat offenders, syndicates allegedly using minors in crimes, and the lack of proper rehabilitation facilities.

The issue remains sensitive: while many agree that children should not be treated like hardened criminals, others believe the law must be strengthened so that accountability, rehabilitation, and public safety are all properly balanced.

Question for the public:
Should the Juvenile Justice Law be amended, or should the government focus first on building proper rehabilitation centers and strengthening its implementation?

Viral Post Questions PH Readiness for War Amid National ID Delays

Viral Post Questions PH Readiness for War Amid National ID Delays

Alex vs. Alexandrova: When “No Time to Think” Became a Strategy

Why Alex Eala Lost to Ekaterina Alexandrova

So… did Alex Eala lose because Alexandrova was “too strong”?

No. She lost because Ekaterina played like she drank triple espresso and woke up choosing violence and flat winners.

Let’s break it down, with comedy but facts:

1. “Was Ekaterina really THAT strong?”

Yes. Not gym-strong — style-strong.

Alexandrova’s game is basically:

  • “Ball? I hit. No time to think.”
  • “Bounce? Optional.”
  • “Topspin? Never heard of her.”

She takes the ball early like someone in a hurry for a dentist appointment.

Players like Alex—who love rhythm and point-building—HATE this style.

It’s like trying to dance waltz with someone doing zumba.

2. “Did she scout Alex’s R16 match?”

ABSOLUTELY.

Ekaterina studied Alex like it was an exam:

  • Attack the second serve?
  • Smash the backhand?
  • No long rallies because Alex will cook you?
  • Hit fast so Alex has no time for her usual magic?

This wasn’t “Let’s see how it goes.”

This was “I have a PowerPoint presentation on how to beat you.”

3. Biggest factor in the loss?

👉 Experience under pressure.

Not the crowd. Not fear.

Just pure, painful, elite-level shot tolerance.

Alexandrova’s mindset:

“I will hit hard. I will keep hitting hard. I will not stop hitting hard.”

Alex’s shot-making was brilliant in moments…

…but at this level, one rushed decision = scoreboard disaster.

4. “Did ranking matter?”

Indirectly, yes.

Top-30 players have:

  • More reps against big hitters
  • Better instincts
  • PhDs in “What To Do at 30–30”

It’s not intimidation, it’s experience accumulation.

5. “Did the Filipino crowd help?”

Emotionally, yes.

But crowd support CANNOT:

  • Slow down a 180km/h forehand
  • Fix timing when you’re being rushed
  • Tell Ekaterina to calm down and stop hitting rockets

Crowd = bonus, not weapon.

6. “Was it a skill mismatch?”

NO.

It was a style mismatch — the most annoying kind.

Like rock-paper-scissors, but Alexandrova showed up with a chainsaw.

7. “Could Alex have done something different?”

Sure:

  • More slices
  • More height
  • Slow the tempo
  • Attack movement
  • Higher first-serve percentage

But again… you can’t practice “reacting to 0.0002-second bullets” unless you face players like her regularly.

8. Did Alex have “no chance”?

She had a chance — just not a big margin for error.

Against Alexandrova, you need:

  • Your A-game
  • Your backup A-game
  • Your emergency A-game in the bag

This wasn’t a failure.

It was on-the-job training at the elite level.

And the best part? 👇

The thing Alex lacked the most — experience — is the EASIEST to gain.

This loss isn’t a ceiling… it’s a roadma
